Yes. Every order ships with tracked international delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing on arrival in the UK. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours via our contact page and we will arrange a replacement. All claims require photographic evidence.
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain sealed envelopes with no branding visible on the outside. This ensures privacy and protects the integrity of the product during transit.
Yes, we offer pricing for research institutions and laboratories requiring larger quantities. Request a quote via our Bulk Orders page.
All peptides are ≥99% pure as measured by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). Our minimum accepted purity for any product is 99.0%. Many products exceed this at 99.1%, 99.2%, 99.3%, or higher.
Yes. Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent, accredited third-party laboratory. The COA includes: HPLC chromatogram, purity %, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, batch number, sterility results, and LAL endotoxin assay data (<1.0 EU/mg). All COAs are available in our COA Library.
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is the standard analytical technique for determining peptide purity. It separates sample components under high pressure through a chromatography column. The resulting chromatogram shows the percentage of each component: the target peptide peak versus any impurities. A 99%+ result means at least 99% of the detected material is the target compound.
Yes. All quality testing is performed by independent, accredited third-party laboratories, not in-house. This keeps reporting objective and traceable. We do not dispatch any batch that fails quality criteria.
The LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) assay is used to detect bacterial endotoxins in the product. Endotoxins can interfere with research results and indicate bacterial contamination. Our standard is <1.0 EU/mg. All batches are LAL tested before dispatch.
Yes. All batches undergo sterility screening as part of our quality control process. Only batches that pass sterility testing are approved for dispatch.
All peptides are sourced from GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified manufacturing facilities. Full chain-of-custody documentation is maintained from synthesis through to our lab facility. We do not source from uncertified suppliers.
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification means a facility meets internationally recognised standards for the production, testing, and quality control of pharmaceutical and research-grade compounds. GMP facilities have documented procedures, equipment validation, staff training requirements, and audit trails.
All peptides sold by Peptide Central are strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary application. Safety data for human use has not been established for most research peptides. All research should be conducted in accordance with applicable ethical and regulatory standards.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −20°C for long-term stability (12–24 months). Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C and use within 4 weeks. Protect from light, moisture, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. NAD+ is particularly moisture-sensitive; keep it desiccated.
Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) as the diluent. Draw the desired volume with a sterile insulin syringe. Inject slowly down the side of the glass vial; do not aim directly at the powder cake. Gently swirl to dissolve. Do not shake or vortex. The solution should be clear. Label with compound name, concentration, and date, then store at 2–8°C.
Yes, we stock pharmaceutical-grade BAC Water 10mL and sterile insulin needles in our Supplies category. These are also available as part of the Retatrutide Research Bundle.
There is no minimum order. You can order a single product. Free shipping applies on orders over $750 AUD. For bulk or wholesale enquiries, visit our Bulk Orders page.
